Well, this isn´t very exciting... But I cant find a scale in this Country anywhere!!
I think I´ve lost a little weight, I´ve been really well behaved (the odd bottle of wine excluded) this whole time.
Will keep looking out for one, I think I need to know too... Sorry, but at least its still on, any tips or bagging out welcome!!!
